About the Event

“Viksit Bharat ke Rang, Kala ke Sang – Youth Expressions for a Developed India” is a nationwide celebration of imagination and service, where the youth of India step forward to envision the nation’s future. As part of Seva Parv 2025, this initiative invites students to transform their creativity into a voice that shapes the story of Viksit Bharat @ 2047.

Through your art, you will not just paint, you will dream, you will narrate, and you will envision the India of tomorrow. From heritage to innovation, from resilience to progress, every canvas becomes a message of hope and determination.

This is your moment to be a voice in shaping the journey of a developed Bharat, walking alongside the vision of our beloved Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Together, we create not only art, but a legacy – a Bharat that protects its roots, embraces its progress, and inspires the world by 2047.

FAQs for Participants

It is a nationwide youth initiative under Seva Parv 2025, led by NDMC and supported by AIU, where students from across universities express their vision of Viksit Bharat @ 2047 through painting and creativity.

All students from the participating universities can register through this portal. Each student must register individually to confirm participation.

  • Go to the Registration Console on the portal.
  • Fill in your details (Name, University, Course, Year, Email, Phone).
  • Submit to receive your Registration ID.
  • Use this ID for all event-related communication and for downloading your certificate later.

No. Registration is completely free for all students.

Over 10,000 students from 7 universities across India are expected to participate in this nationwide celebration

Each university has a unique theme aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat @ 2047.

Most events will take place on the university campus, except for some special locations (e.g., Dal Lake in Kashmir, HPCA Cricket Ground in Himachal). Venue details are mentioned in the schedule.

  • After the event, log in to the portal with your Registration ID + Email.
  • Download your Digital Certificate (PDF) directly.
  • Certificates will carry the event name, date, university, and official logos.

Yes. Selected artworks from each university may be showcased in a national digital gallery on the portal and in future exhibitions celebrating Viksit Bharat @ 2047.

The initiative is led by the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC), supported by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), and hosted by participating universities as part of Seva Parv 2025.
